Before you write

• Where's my order? Tracking is emailed at dispatch and can take 2–5 days to start showing scans. Delivery is around 8 days from dispatch.
• I want to return it. You have 30 days from delivery — see our Refund & Returns Policy.
• I ordered the wrong plug type. Email us straight away. If it hasn't dispatched, we can change it.
