Shipping Policy
Where we ship: Worldwide. US, UK and EU plug options are selectable at checkout — please choose the one matching your country.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment. You'll get a confirmation email when the order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships.
Delivery time
Estimated delivery is around 8 days from dispatch. Total time from order to doorstep is therefore typically 9–12 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees — customs processing, carrier delays and peak periods can extend them.
Where orders ship from
Products ship directly from our fulfilment partners. This keeps the price below traditional retail, and it means your parcel may arrive from outside your own country.

Customs, duties and import taxes
International orders may attract import duties or taxes set by the destination country. These are not included in the price paid to us and are the recipient's responsibility.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. Tracking can take 2–5 days to start showing scans after dispatch. This is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please check your address carefully. We cannot reroute a parcel once dispatched. If an order comes back to us because the address was wrong, we'll reship once the reshipping cost is covered.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of dispatch, contact us and we'll replace it or refund it in full.
