When you order: your name, email, shipping and billing address, and phone number if you provide one. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and never reach our servers.
When you browse: standard analytics data — pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location from IP address, and referring site.

Who we share it with
Only the parties needed to run the shop: our ecommerce platform (Shopify), our payment processor, our fulfilment and shipping partners, our email provider, and analytics and advertising providers including Meta. We do not sell your personal data.
Our fulfilment partners are located outside the EEA, so completing your order involves transferring your shipping details internationally.
Cookies and advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies for basic site function, analytics, and advertising measurement — including the Meta pixel, which lets us measure ad performance and show ads to people with similar interests. You can refuse non-essential cookies via the consent banner and control ad personalisation in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. Email us and we'll action it within 30 days. UK and EU residents also have the right to complain to their national data protection authority.
Marketing email
We only email marketing to people who opted in. Every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
Children
This shop is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
